For a better understanding, I will divide this text into chapters.

1. People.
The company has an amazing and very friendly atmosphere where most of the employees are very welcoming. This is undoubtedly a big plus, since usually new employees are shy to join a new team, but here everyone meets you as if you have known each other for many years.
There are no complaints about the leadership/heads either. If you are working well, then there will be no issues:)
In other reviews, I’ve seen the upstream management ignore your ideas, and I want to comment on that. If you have a good idea, then you can share it, the main thing that I understood for myself is that you need to make a good and understandable plan/presentation of the idea (why it is important and how it will help the company/people/yourself) otherwise, yes, this idea will remain only with you.

2. Work.
At the moment, I am completely satisfied with what I am doing. As I said earlier, the team is good and friendly.
As the only disadvantage, I can point out the lack of communication between different departments. Sometimes some tasks can be easily completed, but due to lack of communication, the execution of easy tasks may be delayed. At the end of each day, you receive an email, on which you have to give information about what you have been doing all day.

3. Office.
The office is big. Really big, since this is a gaming company, there is a separate room where you can have fun with colleagues during lunch or after work. Additionally, a cat lives in the office: D She is funny, sometimes she can come and lie on your table 🙂
Of course, free coffee, tea, fruit – it’s all there.
