We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our UA team and drive the acquisition of new players for our existing and upcoming mobile games.
In this role, you will develop and oversee marketing campaigns, including App Store Optimization (ASO) activities, continuously monitor and enhance the performance of our UA campaigns, and work towards expanding our games’ global presence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage advertising campaigns for our iOS and Android games on Facebook, Google, Applovin, Unity, Apple Search Ads and other platforms;
- Analyze campaigns performance and optimize according to the established KPIs;
- Develop, manage, and execute ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android);
- Monitor, track, and report key metrics;
- Conduct Data Analysis – Identify trends, opportunities, discrepancies;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging acquisition channels;
- Communicate with our key partners;
- Communicate and cooperate with the Product Teams, Creative Team.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Experience in acquiring users for mobile apps (leveraging Paid Social, Ad Networks, and DSPs);
- Understanding of SKAN principles;
- Experience with MMP and analytics providers (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase etc.);
- Comprehensive experience in campaign management across main channels (Facebook, Google, Applovin etc.)
- Experience in ASO;
- Proficiency in Excel and Spreadsheets;
- A multi-tasking capability and ability to work with large amounts of data;
- Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently.
