Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and onboarding;
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, e.g., LinkedIn;
- Build and maintain candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged;
- Represent Nordcurrent in career fairs and similar events;
- Participate in various recruitment initiatives and other HR projects.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition or in a similar role;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment process, including headhunting;
- IT or gaming industry experience;
- Ability to conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the role and the organization;
- Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive attitude;
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
Extra Great to Have:
- Experience of working in an international team;
- Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;
- Keen interest in games & gaming industry.
Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
