We are Nordcurrent Dnipro, a Lithuanian-Ukrainian GameDev company. We don’t just love mobile games — we create them in the casual genre!

Right now, we are looking for a Project Manager for our new game project, which is currently at a crucial stage of preparing for Soft Launch.

If you know how to build clear pipelines, keep the team focused, stabilize processes, and manage blockers effectively — we want you on our team!

This is a great opportunity for a specialist who wants to join a project at a key milestone and guide it from the first test launches to a large-scale global release.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate team operations;
  • Manage the development pipeline;
  • Maintain an uninterrupted product development cycle;
  • Manage risks and scope changes;
  • Keep processes and documentation up to date;
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and other company departments.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • Proven experience in managing IT or GameDev projects;
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data and spreadsheets;
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve organizational bottlenecks;
  • High level of self-organization and a systematic mindset;
  • Strong constructive communication skills across different disciplines;
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and quickly structure chaos.
Extra Great to Have:
  • Experience in mobile GameDev;
  • Solid understanding of the game development pipeline (Art, Animation, Development, QA);
  • Experience in preparing a game for Soft Launch and/or operating live projects post-release.
