Marketing Manager (PC and Consoles)



From 2500 EUR/month (gross)
What will you do:
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that may include advertising, public relations, social media, influencer partnerships, events, and more;
  • Track and evaluate marketing performance metrics offering insights and recommendations for future strategies;
  • Collaborate and provide guidelines for creative teams regarding various marketing materials, including trailers, descriptions, key art, etc.;
  • Develop documentation and pipelines for collecting and storing marketing data;
  • Develop and maintain an internal User Acquisition Framework with our mobile User Acquisition department. Involvement in setting KPIs and evaluating the performance of user acquisition channels and campaigns to optimize marketing spend;
  • Keep in contact with partnering agencies regarding various marketing activities and keep track of their performance; 
  • Take care of the company’s and games’ web page content.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing;
  • Proficient wordcraft with skills to write compelling stories and adapt them to different professional audiences—business people, gamers, or technicians;
  • Energy to stay productive and complete tasks on time;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
  • Interest in video games, game tech, and a willingness to learn more;
  • Experience working with video game marketing would be a big plus;
  • Knowledge of running ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Twitter would be a plus;
  • Experience working with marketing budgets of €100 000 – €1 000 000 would be a plus.

Salary: From 2500 €/mon. gross, based on experience and competence
