Lead 2D Artist

We are looking for Lead 2D Artist to the Vilnius office with an interest in casual games and a desire to grow and develop in a team of professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish, maintain, and develop a clear artistic vision and integrity for the game’s 2D visual elements;
  • Create and implement all the visual aspects of the game: art style, characters, environments, etc;
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the art team of assigned projects;
  • Assign tasks to the team and strategically plan work and feedback;
  • Manage art content: planning, production, and delivery;
  • Take care of quality control (art content review, pipelines updating, guides and tutorials creation);
  • Cooperate with the whole Project Team (Project Manager, Game Designers, and Development Team).
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Artist in Game Dev;
  • Leading experience 2+ years in the game industry on positions like Lead 2D Artist / Lead Artist / Art Manager or other relevant positions;
  • Team management experience;
  • Understanding of the principles of developing graphics for 2D mobile games;
  • Ability to work in a “casual” style, understanding mobile games market;
  • Deep proficiency in graphic tools, good artistic taste;
  • A high-quality game art portfolio;
  • An excellent knowledge of English language (upper-intermediate and higher).
Extra Great to Have:
  • An art education or degree in graphic design, game design, or another related field.
