Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the entire employee lifecycle, which includes recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, and engagement;
- Support and coordinate the professional development and career progression of our colleagues;
- Ensure data correctness in HR systems and update when necessary;
- Serve as a primary point of contact for colleagues seeking HR-related guidance;
- Represent Nordcurrent in career fairs and similar events;
- Participate in recruitment initiatives and other HR projects.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role;
- Proven track record in recruitment / talent acquisition;
- Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive attitude;
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills;
- Understanding of labor laws.
Extra Great to Have:
- Experience of working in an international team;
- Knowledge of Polish, Ukrainian or Russian languages;
- IT or gaming industry experience;
- Keen interest in games & gaming industry.
Salary: From 3000 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
