Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and configure AI-powered tools and workflows for quality assurance and technical support;
- Develop instructions and prompts using generative AI platforms;
- Prepare the knowledge, examples, and reference materials required for each tool;
- Test AI-generated outputs to identify inaccurate, unclear, or incomplete results;
- Refine prompts and instructions based on test results and user feedback;
- Update existing tools when processes or requirements change;
- Explore new generative AI capabilities and identify practical applications for the team;
- Work closely with Quality Assurance, Technical Support, and Development teams to test and improve solutions.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- Practical experience with LLM-based generative AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude;
- Ability to write clear and structured instructions and prompts;
- Understanding of JSON objects and their structure;
- Basic understanding of APIs, including GET and POST requests;
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify quality issues;
- Ability to organize knowledge, examples, and reference materials for AI-powered tools.
Extra Great to Have:
- Basic programming or scripting skills;
- Experience with quality assurance or technical support processes.
