We are a family of over 350 professionals and are currently looking for Chief Marketing Officer to join our team.

As CMO, you will determine and executing the marketing strategies to support our goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Determine overall marketing strategy and goals.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the overall business goals and objectives of the company.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support employer branding, product launches, market expansion, and brand positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and metrics.
• Drive brand building initiatives to maintain good and trusted our company’s reputation.
• Lead and manage all aspects of public relations efforts, enhancing brand visibility and managing media relations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape identifying growth opportunities and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
• Manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members. 

We expect you to have:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a senior marketing role.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with multi-million marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and data.
• Fluent English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with video games marketing.
• Interest in video games, game tech, and a willingness to learn more.

Salary: from 5500€/mon. gross, based on experience and competence
