Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, setup and optimize campaigns to achieve desired goals;
- Monitor and optimize ad ARPDAU, ad revenue, eCPM, impressions, and fill rates among live ad network partners;
- Manage business relationships with ad network partners;
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with all stakeholders (UA, Data Analysts, Product teams, etc.);
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities;
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience with Google AdMob and/or AppLovin MAX;
- Excellent analytical, organizational, time management, and written communication skills;
- Ability to coordinate projects, set priorities, take responsibility, and manage tasks independently;
- Interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics, and data-driven solutions;
- Passion for the video game industry and knowledge of market trends and styles would be a great advantage.
Salary: From 2500 EUR/month (gross), based on experience and competence
