Our Vilnius office is looking for a talented and experienced Lead 2D/3D Artist with a strong interest in casual mobile games. If you are a professional eager to grow and develop within a team of experts, we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and develop the clear artistic vision and integrity for the game’s visual elements, both 2D and 3D;
- Envision, create, and create various aspects of the game, including art style, characters, and environments;
- Lead the art team for assigned projects, including task assignment, strategic feedback, motivation, and mentoring of team members;
- Manage art content, including planning, production, and delivery;
- Ensure quality control by reviewing art content, updating pipelines, and creating guides and tutorials;
- Collaborate closely with the project team, including game design and development departments.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in the game industry in positions such as Lead 2D/3D Artist, Lead Artist, Art Manager, or other relevant roles;
- Understanding of key 2D and 3D art production specifics;
- Basic or better understanding of animation;
- Basic understanding of Unity engine;
- Strong team management experience and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Blender and Substance Designer/Painter;
- Understanding of principles and pipelines for developing graphics for mobile games;
- Ability to work in a “casual” style with a good understanding of the mobile games market;
- High-quality portfolio demonstrating excellent artistic skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Extra Great to Have:
- Familiarity with Marvelous Designer, or similar software;
- Formal art education.
