We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our UA team and drive the acquisition of new players for our existing and upcoming mobile games.
In this role, you will develop and oversee marketing campaigns, continuously monitor and enhance the performance of our UA campaigns, and work towards expanding our games’ global presence.
This is a hybrid position based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms;
- Analyze data, spot trends, and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights;
- Collaborate with UA, Product, and Creative teams to improve campaign results.
A Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or UA;
- Basic understanding of UA metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV);
- Analytical mindset and interest in working with data;
- Confidence working with Excel / Google Sheets;
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing;
- Accuracy and attention to details;
- Proactive attitude, good communication skills, and team-player mindset.
