I unlocked a new location but the download progress shows 0%. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure that you have a strong internet connection.
- Please make sure that you have enough free space on your device (at least 400 MB) and try to restart the app and your device.
- Switch between the wi-fi and 4G connection.
- In some cases the server may be overloaded, please try accessing the location a bit later.
If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team.
